Refund Policy
- All unused credits are eligible for a full 100% refund.
- If the purchased service has been partially delivered, the client is entitled to a refund for the unused part of the payment.
- If the service has been provided and the client has communicated a refund request, UpSEO will do its best to stop and reverse the project execution so that the client can receive a partial or full refund. In such cases, UpSEO may decline the refund request.
- The refund is provided by reversing the client's original payment. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the client's bank to reflect the refund in the card statement.
