1. Changes to completed orders and projects within orders, such as amendments to anchor texts and target URLs, may incur an additional fee and are subject to the discretion of the UpSEO Support team
2. UpSEO has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Client's website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
3. UpSEO has no control over the website, and blog owners remove links and content or delete, move or change their website.
4. UpSEO provides a limited warranty for each order placed on the website. The warranty period may differ for each service. If it is not stated explicitly, it is one year from the day of service delivery. UpSEO guarantees free correction during the warranty. If correction is impossible, there is a free substitution for the incorrectly delivered service.
5. Under no circumstances shall UpSEO be liable to you (the end user) for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims of yours or third party websites. You, the end user assume all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using UpSEO services.
6. UpSEO reserves the right to amend anchor text and other order details to ensure successful placements or completion of services.
7. As an outsourced provider of specific SEO services, UpSEO does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Neither does UpSEO guarantee any traffic increases in case of service not directly related to website traffic.
8. Any form of link building inherently incurs risks of search engine penalties and other damage to SEO efforts. UpSEO does not assume liability for any impacts of link building and other SEO activities upon the Client’s website rankings.
9. UpSEO is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s website.

All the services are delivered electronically through UpSEO's member area, located atapp.upseo.com

UpSEO notifies by email about any changes in the project's state related to the delivery of the purchased service.

Maximum delivery time is different for each of the services:
Link-building: Up to 30 days
Website Traffic: Up to 7 days
A/B Tests: Up to 7 days

If UpSEO has exceeded the maximum delivery time, the customer is entitled to a refund if a refund request was communicated before delivery.

UpSEO does not sign individual NDAs for every agency or client that wishes to use our services; however, as part of the terms of our service, you can be sure that we treat every client with full Non-Disclosure respect.

The Recipient (UpSEO) undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party (You) for any purpose except the Purpose without first obtaining the written agreement of the other party.

We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party except to your company’s employees [and professional advisers] who need to know the same for the purpose.

UpSEO reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for websites in illegal or offensive industries. Any illegal content, products, services or items hateful, objectionable or defamatory content aimed at any people group, race, gender, sexual orientation or otherwise attacks on any person, business, organisation, product or service; cruelty towards animals; or otherwise content found to be objectionable will be cancelled and refunded.

By joining, you agree to receive emails from UpSEO, which could be in the form of order notifications, system updates, new services, offers or educational material.

All Parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Spain have the exclusive jurisdiction to:

1. Determine any dispute
2. Grant interim remedies
3. Grant any other provisional or protective relief
